I bought these cheap mouse pads and wrote numbers 1 to 10 on them with permanent pen.

 

They can then be scattered on the floor, either by you or your child, for them to hop onto in order.

These are best used safely, on carpeted flooring.

 

You could also call out a random set of numbers for your child to try to follow.  1, 8, 3, 7, 1, 5, 10, 3…… could be lots of fun reinforcing number recognition this way.
